Returns & Exchanges

At Liaison the Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the garments are in their original condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping mailer or a protective box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
